Bug Description
The Pieforms calendar element uses jscalendar, which is a proprietary Javascript library:

We need to remove it from Mahara and find a replacement.

It turns out we are using the old version of JSCalendar which was released under the LGPL:
http:// www.dynarch. com/projects/ calendar/ old/
So there's no need to replace it.
However, there are two copies of it in Mahara (one in /js/ which is missing its source code and one in Pieforms). I'll merge these two.
