Fields for "Shared page notifications" and "Group category" missing on "Add groups by CSV"

On /admin/groups/uploadcsv.php there is a long list of group characteristics that you can determine in a CSV upload. I can't see a field for the option "Shared page notification" nor for group categories. Are these truly missing or am I not seeing them? If they are missing, is it possible to include them as a field?

PRECONDITIONS:

1) none

TEST STEPS:
------------------------
1) Log in Site admin
2) Browse to Admin menu > Groups > Add groups by CSV
3) Confirm The following text is displayed in the "Your CSV file may include any other fields" section
a) category ✔
b) viewnotify verify that there is help text associated with the text ✔
• <h1>Shared page notifications
• Select which group members should receive a notification when a new group page is created and when a group member shares one of their pages with the group.

The group member sharing the page will not receive this notification. For very large groups it would be best to limit this to non ordinary members as it can produce a lot of notifications.

Options are:
0 = None
1 = All group members
2 = Everyone except ordinary members
3 = Group administrators
4) Create a CSV file as described on the page and ensure that is contains the fields category and viewnotify
5) Upload the file and click the Add groups by CSV button
6) Verify that no error are displayed and the groups have successfully been created ✔

NOTE: When using the category field in your CSV - you must already have a category created in the system - (This field will not create a category for you)

Recommendation: Add an information help text icon next to Category - when clicked, will display more information about how to enter correct data or how to find correct data

Help text for the 'category' field has been added as per Steven's suggestion (comment #3)
