Unused activity type 'virusrelease'

Looks like this is not used anymore:

  $ git grep virusrelease
  htdocs/lang/en.utf8/activity.php:$string['typevirusrelease'] = 'Virus flag release';
  htdocs/lib/upgrade.php: array('virusrelease', 1, 1),

We should investigate before removing it.

$ git grep virusrelease
still produces the same list so we are still not using it for anything - so could be removed.
