Text inside images breaks translations

It seems to me that the two buttons, "Add" and "Remove" (a column), which appears when editing a Page, are hard coded and can't be translated in different languages.

Agree or dissagree?

Hi Dominique,

Where abouts do you see the Add and Remove buttons, what page?

What theme are you using?

I have tried on edit.php, layout.php and blocks.php but can't seem to
find the buttons you are talking about.

Hello,

You may first activate the option in:

Settings->Show controls to add and remove columns when editing a page

Then when you edit a page you can Add or Remove a column directly in clicking on buttons. These buttons' title doesn't come from the en.utf8 langugage file, so they can't be translated.

The buttons are in

     theme/raw/static/images/btn_removecolumn.png
     theme/raw/static/images/btn_addcolumn_left.png
     theme/raw/static/images/btn_addcolumn_right.png

Ah I see, you are correct, doesn't seem to be translatable, as it is an
image, not a language string.

Is this your final answer?

Because, it is the only one thing in Mahara which is english-hard-coded. Could you maybe find another way of doing it, in future releases?
