Add comment box why you want to share a page

Initial wishlist item as posted on MyPortfolio:

"Could an optional text box be added on the sharing page. It would give the owner of the page the opportunity to explain why they have shared with a particular group or individual.

Would it be possible to have the message appear in the new page access message and in the page description?."

I think it could be more complicated if the reason differs from person / group to person. But maybe I am seeing more than is necessary.
