No help for Draft option at Blog Post

Bug Description

If you click the help icon next to Draf (Blog Post Edit @ htdocs/artefact/blog/post.php) the help file isn't found. This is because of the naming of that help file.

Instead of "draftpost.thisisdraft.html" it should be renamed to "editpost.draft.html".
