Youtube embed fullscreen button doesn't function

Bug Description

When a youtube object is embedded in html (not using the embed Video block) the fullscreen button shows on the player but is unclickable / doesn't function.

As a side note, in the externalmedia blocktype the fullscreen option isn't available at all. This may be a design choice but it is not stated anywhere so I'm not sure.

Feel free to have a go at it if you want to fix it. Nobody knows of a reason not to.

Changing the status again as it doesn't work any more. It worked for me earlier in the year, but not any more in a testing instance of 15.04.

I note that it works on a 15.04 installation for IE v11, though not for FF or Chrome. Can this help with diagnosis?
