some institutions might need more details for members like if we are talking about a university that it can hold students clubs so each student as club ID..etc

We need to rework the profile section for this to become a reality, there are some notes about it on the wiki somewhere.

well just the idea so it can be more fixable to add more user field on register at admin request, you don't need to make that in the next release but it would be good to have it later :) .

also i have looked into the wiki only found about the fields that are already made and you can add or remove fixed fields.

It is easier to add new fields to a profile but that still needs to be done via the code. We do not have the "Custom profile field" functionality that Moodle has, for example, where a site admin can set those via the GUI.
