Extend 'Books and Publications' section to cover the needs of academic CVs

The current format of the 'Books and Publications' input fields are too limited to cover the needs of an academic CV which is likely to use a Harvard style bibliography. A Google search for 'Harvard Referencing' will bring up lots of descriptions, e.g. http://education.exeter.ac.uk/dll/studyskills/harvard_referencing.htm

This is a very important feature within Universities and CPD and was on of the first things raised with our users as well. As Niall says Harvard referencing should provide a basis for this to meet minimum citation standards.
