Bug Description
When a user requests to join a group and is then added to the group by a group admin, Mahara should generate a notification to the requesting user.

I tested this out in 1.7 and received a notification, so I'll go ahead and mark this one as Fix Released.

If I recall correctly, groups stuff are missing a number of different notifications, e.g. email to users on group deletion.
