HTML export doesn't include files in sub folder

Bug Description
When having a folder with sub folders displayed in a view, the HTML export does not include the files that are in this sub folder. The sub folder is not an active link. The folder does exist in the file structure of the HTML web site, but it does not contain any files.
We use Mahara 1.2.3 on OSX and MySQL.
