Bug Description
Mahara archived submissions are downloadable and the HTML for from that downloaded zip allows the user to access the page and associated content in the file. If the page has a video, it embeds the video in the page but the user can not play, pause or perform any action for that video. After investigating the HTML, it seems the <video> tag is missing a control attribute that allows the actions for the video. Same goes for audio content.
