Setting it back to 'Confirmed' as the proposed solution is a manual one that will get out of date very quickly. If someone tackles this, the connections should be pulled into a 'map' automatically as self-maintaining documentation.

The above file shows the initial draft idea of what a page map could look like. Of course when it's done automatically, it would most likely look different.
