Make sharing settings part of a 'template' portfolio when copying is allowed

Bug Description
When a portfolio page's / collection's access is edited, it's possible to set certain advanced options. When a portfolio is copied, these are reset to the default settings.
However, when someone sets up a portfolio for coyping then it typically serves as template. Thus, it would be beneficial to retain those settings in 'Advanced options', e.g. to automatically turn on / off comments on copied portfolios, set access times etc.
The only option that should not be turned on per default is 'Allow copying'.
