Bug Description

This only relates to Mahara 19.04 as it's a new feature there.

Title: Current password field does not display when typing in the change username field

Bug Summary:
When a user wants to change their username, a current password field for changing user name must also be filled in. The current password field is not displayed until the save button is pressed. This also results in an error message that is displayed. The UI can be made better and let the user avoid getting an error message.

Acceptance Criteria: when changing username
------------------------------
1) current password field for changing user name is hidden until a user starts typing in the Change user field
2) current password field for changing user name should be visibly different indicating that it is a new field on the form that must be filled in.
3) current password field for changing user name needs to be a required field and indicated by a red asterix "*"

The bug description is not quite correct. The password field is displayed when the user clicks anywhere outside of the username field. However, as some people may not click anywhere else but the "Save" button, they may not see that field.

I don't think we would need to differentiate that new password field visually because if it pops out right during typing, the change should be seen. If it then also gets an asterisk as required field, a user would be taken back to it if they don't fill it in.
