BEHAT SCRIPT : Update Script for feature file -> recent_
SUMMARY: Scenario added for Administrative forum bulk actions functionality
Requirements:
1. at least 3 topics added to a forum post
2. admin bulk action all of the topics to be sticky and closed
3. check to ensure actions have been made
