Show more metadata on open badge

When you click an Open Badge in Mahara, you see metadata that is baked into the badge. Missing is, for example, the recipient of the badge. Their email address is displayed when you look at it in the Backpack, for example.

So the first thing to do will be to check what all the possible parameters are that can be sent to Mahara. And then we'll see if all of them should be displayed or which ones could be left out.

This may also differ between the Backpack, the Open Badge Passport and Badgr. All three need to be looked at.
