Bug Description
We need to make a series of changes in Mahara to comply with the GDPR. More info is available on the wiki at https:/
While we append a "deleted" at the end of a username and email address, it is still possible for someone looking into the database to identify the email address. Since we don't need to keep it, both username and email address should become a random value.
