Bug Description
This work is related to https:/
At the moment we store all image locally and never push them to external file system, because functions that modify images do not support remote file handlers (e.g. resizing images).
Some work needs to be done to push images to external file systems as well.

This would be really great to have as the majority of the artefacts saved in Mahara instances is often images.
