2017-06-16 01:58:49 Pat description - Update NPM packages in package.json, it was last updated in https://bugs.launchpad.net/mahara/+bug/1617143 - Investigate whether we still need blesscss, the reason that we added blesscss is because IE9 would only read up to certain number of selectors. Since we are officially support IE11+, we could possibly remove blesscss. If removal is sensible we can close https://bugs.launchpad.net/mahara/+bug/1560739 (?)
