Tabbing doesnt work completely on safari browser

Site: https://master-mahara.catalystdemo.net.nz
Browser: Safari 10.0.3
Device: MacBook Pro

I have checked different parts of mahara site including pages, Files, Resumes Etc and I found that tabbing doesnt work on safari browser.

For example when you are on Profile>about me and start clicking the tab, it redirects to URL ( selects URL) before finishing the tabbing on other parts of the page( If not clear I can explain in person )

Cannot replicate this anymore. Tabbing was not working properly last time when I checked it.
