Switchbox error in resume section

Bug Description

Caused by switchboxes needing js/switchbox.js to be present and if switchbox is not generated by pieforms this can be missing

We need to add it as part of smarty setup of page

A fix to deal with Bug 1467252 where switchbox is not included via
pieforms
