Bulk delete doesnt work on safari

Version 16.04 and 16.10

Browser : safari

Steps to reproduce:

1) Add few users as site administrators
2) Login as site administrator
3) Try to self-delete(site-administrator) the along with another users

Expected Result: An error message should be displayed. Related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/mahara/+bug/1574941

Actual result: When trying to delete the users it stays on the page and does nothing

Note: This also happens when an institution admin logs in and tries to self-delete with other users

Let's fix the other bug first to make sure what it looks like when we only have one problem to worry about for this. :-)

Ideally, there is no checkbox next to the administrator that is currently logged in to prevent any potential issues from the start.

I have verified it on Macbook and it seems to be problem with sauce labs. Tested it on 16.10, 17.04, 17.10 and 18.10 and cannot replicate it any more.
