Annotation isn't saved when added via matrix page

This must have happened in one of the later patches as it did work before. When I add an annotation via the matrix page, it is not saved.

Bug 1620018 - Fixing mistake with adding annotation via matrix page

The 'text' field's information not being passed via the ajax.
Need to fetch the TinyMCE's value before closing the dock / removing
the content.
