Bug Description

This would only be an interim solution until the wishlist item of replying to notifications is possible via email.

We receive a bunch of emails on a daily basis to the noreply email address from people who simply reply to forum posts and comments via mail even though it says at the bottom of the each mail that people shouldn't reply via mail.

We can't switch to just displaying the name of the site as that makes it really hard for people to identify emails. Maybe one possibility could be to change the sender / the "From" field to include the sender's name and the site name, e.g.

Paula Paulsen via Mahara
Petra Petterson via MyPortfolio
Anna Alfonso via iLearn
Percy Perle via ABC Portfolios

Or maybe something else would be better in the sender? I would like to avoid saying

Paula Paulsen (Do not reply)

because that might be quite offputting and make people wonder why someone would send a mail but not receive one back.

Another alternative could be to move the "Do not reply" message to the top (though we might have had that way back when, I'm not quite sure) and alter it to something along the lines of "Reply to this forum post / comment" (and link to the page), but still keep the "Unsubscribe" one at the bottom as it is less important.
