Bug Description

Mahara 15.10+

/admin/users/suspended.php doesn't use the correct paginator yet -> replace with the new one that is used, e.g. on "User search"

The issue has already been fixed in master as a matter of fact, just didn't make it into a stable release of 15.10 yet.
