Be able to decide whether to include or not feedback in Leap2A

When you create an HTML export, you can decide whether to include feedback or not. However, when you create a Leap2A export, you do not have that option and feedback is now always included. Users should be able to have the choice like for HTML. At some point, feedback was added to the Leap2A export but without providing the option.
