Share page/collection 'Share with' institution/group options are too many

If you have a multi tenanted site with many institutions and a user belongs to all of them

and/or

You have many groups and a user belongs to many groups

When you go to share a page it lists all the groups/institutions you can share with as a separate row in the 'Share with' dropdown.

What would be better is if the 'Institutions' and 'Groups' options worked similar to the 'Find friends' option where you are given a second select2/dropdown after making the first selection.

This way one could do a pick like:

  Share with -> 'Institution', then pick from 2nd box 'Institution Alpha'
  Share with -> 'Group', then pick from 2nd box 'Group Omega'

The best way would be to change the:

Search for... Groups

into
Search for ... My Groups
Search for ... All Groups

and add

Search for ... Institutions

So that we don't need to 'Groups' and 'Institutions' sections in that dropdown

It would end up looking like:

Search for...
  Friends
  Users
  All groups
  My groups <-- only display these options the user belongs to groups/non 'mahara' institutions
  Institutions <--
General
  Public
  Registered users

We already have the drop-down for the groups. The group display that you see in the drop-down when you don't select a specific group is a shortcut to share your portfolio with the entire group. If you want to be more discerning, e.g. share only with admins, you'd go to "Search for... Group -> Select group -> Select with whom to share in the group.
