Block buttons unreachable in Safari

When adding a block that has a large amount of configuration the save and remove buttons are not visible or clickable on Safari. It works okay on Chrome on the same setup. Screenshots in attached zip.

Mahara version: 15.04.0
MacOS 10.10.3
Safari Version 8.0.6 (10600.6.3)

I should have added that this is on a laptop screen, on large monitor you can adjust the web page, however it should still be centred as it is in Chrome which it isn't no matter the screen size in Safari.

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for reporting this issue. We do consider it a high-priority bug, but unfortunately Catalyst IT (the main developer of Mahara) is an all-Linux company, so it's hard for us to get hold of a Mac OS X machine to troubleshoot this issue on. :(

So if you (or anyone else reading this message) can contribute a patch, that would be extremely helpful.

I'll have a look at it but JavaScript isn't my strong point.

For testing in different browsers, mainly for IE as I only have Mac and Linux machines, I sometimes use Browser Stack. https://www.browserstack.com/list-of-browsers-and-platforms?product=live
