Pending friend request page needs date/time of request

Bug Description
On this page:
/user/myfriends
It lists those who have requested friendship - but doesn't show how long ago the request was made.
It would be nice if the info showed [Name], [Reason], [Date] (currently only shows [Name] and [Reason])
It should be easy enough to do as the usr_friend_request table has a ctime column (ctime = created time) so we would need to take that date a format it into a user friendly readable way, format_date() function I think
