Add option "Copyable" to page / collection setup screen

This needs a bit of discussion as it would basically mean moving a setting from the "Edit access" screen to the page creation / editing screen and that might have far reaching implications.

I'm adding this as wishlist item here so we can keep track of it.

My thoughts: You could make a case for allowing it in either location. It would certainly make the option more visible if it was on the main page/collection editing screen, but is it frequently used enough that it needs to take up space on that screen?
