Bug Description
Hi,
Mahara version 15.04dev (2014121600)
psql (PostgreSQL) 9.3.5
Ubuntu 14.04
Firefox 34
To replicate:
1. Log in as admin
2. Administration -> Institutions -> Admin notifications
3. You will see a page full of error messages like in the screen shot below.
