Font size in "Feedback" block pop-up is too small

When the "Feedback" block is placed into a page and feedback is added, the font size of the text is too small compared to other blocks.

That is when you get the pop-up to add feedback.

Adjusting the font size and tinymce width (Bug #1385818)

The font size was too small before and the textarea was not wide
enough so the tinymce buttons were wrapping
