Display list of online members when viewing a group panel in chat

Bug Description
When a user selects a group in the new chat, it would be good if they could see a list of all the group members who are currently online.
This would require a bit of a UI change as currently the chat has two fixed panels: messages on the left, channels on the right. This feature would require an additional area to list channel members.
