Creating simplified groups

Bug Description

Sometimes (especially with younger students) group pages, group files, etc. are not needed. There should exist an option for creating a simplified version of a group which would not contain group pages, group files, etc.

Which features specifically would you want turned off in a simple group? The bug description mentions group pages, and group files. Are there other options as well?

There is some interface trickiness to this... if you want to disable features in a group, then that means that you need to add additional controls to enable users to hide/show those features, and now you've paradoxically made group creation more complicated. I can think of a few ways around this, though:

1. On the group creation screen, if a user is not staff or admin, make the extra features disabled by default

2. And/or, if we did guided group creation as described in , then make a "simple group" option that turns off most group features
