Bug Description
In Administration -> Extensions -> Plugin administration there is a long list of plugins, most of which have a "Hide" link next to them which disables the plugin. This is confusing for screen reader users navigating using the Tab key, since all the links appear to be the same.
These links (and the Configuration links on the same page) should be changed to have descriptive hidden text like "Hide blocktype: comment/comment". I also wonder whether it would make more sense to change the text to "Disable" rather than "Hide" as to me, Hide implies that they will be hidden from the list of plugins rather than actually disabled.

It would need to stay at "Hide" because the functionality is not disabled. It is still available if you know the URL on how to get there in order to use it. "Disable" would mean that you can't access it anymore.
