"Use content from another text box" stops working if pagination is used

Bug Description

The option to "Use content from another text box" in the Text box blocktype uses pagination if more than 5 text boxes exist. However, if you use the pagination controls the radio buttons for selecting a text box appear to stop working, meaning that it's impossible to pick a text box which isn't in the first 5 results.

Firefox gives the following JavaScript errors:

ReferenceError: update_width is not defined views.js:1562
"ERROR: sendjsonrequest() callback failed: TypeError: getFirstElementByTagAndClassName(...) is null [object Object]" Packed.js:1757
