Bug Description

It seems there is a problem being able to enter lists of groups in the LDAP sync. Please see https://mahara.org/interaction/forum/topic.php?id=6082&post=25977 for a suggested solution plus a few more comments from Patrick in the thread.

Fix only first group is processed in include list (Bug 1278013)

Fix the warning 'sendnow' is not defined
Allow spaces in the list of group names, e.g "users, teachers , tutors"
