Bug Description

On /search/elasticsearch/index.php the in-page tabs don't have the usual "tab" and "tab selected" hidden text (for screen reader users). This needs to be added to fit with the rest of the site.

Text description of tab state in elasticsearch (Bug #1267311)

Tabs in elasticsearch page should now have "tab" and "tab selected" hidden
text to match the other in-page tabs in the site. Disabled tabs now have
hidden text "tab disabled".

This might also be useful to upstream to Elasticsearch if it's one of the Elasticsearch files.
