Image selection in text boxes should work as in journal entry

You can now attach files to text boxes and thus also select images to attach. It would be nice if the selection of images worked like in a journal entry where you can then select the internal image to display from within TinyMCE once you attached the image to the entry.

Though in general it would be better to improve the whole procedure for images as per bug #1038580.

It would be better to make that TinyMCE plugin as described in bug 1038580, but if we can't do that, then I agree that it would be good for note attachments and blog entry attachments to use the same interface. Consistent interfaces are important for usability.

Image selection in editting text boxes (editnote.php) works like in journal entry.
But it does not work when configuring a text box of a page.

Mike's solution circumvents the need for attaching the image first which would be preferable in my opinion as it would save one step. It should still be possible to attach other files, but images that you want to appear directly in a textbox should not appear in the attachments.
