collection navigation links break after "show more" with cleanurls

Bug Description

With cleanurls, the collection navigation link appears as /user/username/untitled-5&showmore=1 instead of /user/username/untitled-5?showmore=1 and thus is broken.

    Remove the default theme collection nav template (Bug #1115832)

    The only differences between the collection nav template for raw
    and default is that default makes poorly formed navigation links.
