When I am on the logged-out homepage of a fresh install, I get
The noreply address setting is either empty or has an invalid email address. Please check the configuration in the <a href="http://
-> The HTML code is displayed in clear-text instead of as link. When I log in and go to the site admin area and see the same message, the link is displayed correctly.

Hi Kristina, was this just after the install finished?
I can see that this message could come then, though not sure how it could be on any logged-out-home page.
The only other place is /admin/index.php, but that one is escaped as far as I can tell.
Also, what is your noreply address set to, have you set to something (or set to nothing) in your config.php file? It *should* be setting it automatically, and if not we need to find out why :D
