Bug Description

So far, Mahara displays pages and collections alphabetically and plans chronologically.

It would be nice to be able to choose a sort order.

- Default: Alphabetical
- Chronologically according to ascending modification date
- Reverse chronological order

We should make all tables with a table header row be sortable by clicking on them, site-wide. It should be part of the pagination, preferably jquery.

It would involve changing the layout of some of the existing tables.

It's fine making the table clickable/sortable, but it should be possible to apply defaults; e.g., Alphabetical BY Complete, or Alphabetical BY reverse Complete.

Since Mahara 1.10 it is possible to sort pages by creation date, but not yet collections and plans. I leave this report open for pages as well as it would still be good to have defaults applied on the page sorting as well.
