Bug Description
Sometimes applications are not run the same way the first time they are run and the consequents times.
Evolution mail is a good example of it. The first time it runs, it opens the account wizard, and the following ones, it opens the inbox folder.
ubuntu-menu should add a parameter to handle these situations
