Rhythmbox may hang on startup with totem-plparser > 2.13.90

Bug Description

All currently released versions of Rhythmbox are affected by a change in totem-plparser's processing of playlists, from 2.13.90 onward. If a new user hasn't run Rhythmbox before, it may hang on startup as it tries to connect to all the iradio stations in the default list.

The problem is fixed in current cvs, and this is the bits of it that apply to 0.9.3.1. Applying this to the package, or upgrading to 0.9.4 when it comes out would probably be a good idea.
