when use coreos create k8s cluster, I found error:
# openstack coe cluster create k8s-cluster --cluster-template k8s-cluster-template-coreos --node-count 2 --keypair mykey --timeout 10

# tail -100f /var/log/magnum/magnum-conductor.log
