API Ref doesn't mention all response parameters

This bug tracker is for errors with the documentation, use the following as a template and remove or add fields as you see fit. Convert [ ] into [x] to check boxes:

Under list all clusters it should also include:
 flavor_id, master_flavor_id

Under list all cluster templates it should also include:
 project_id, user_id

This is also missing on the detail documentation for each respective endpoint.
