[doc] "cluster-template-create" command missing --name option

In https://docs.openstack.org/magnum/latest/dev/quickstart.html#building-a-kubernetes-cluster-based-on-fedora-atomic , --name command is missing, so it gives an error about template name.

magnum --version

You are using latest guide and it looks like you have older version(ocata/newton || 2.5.0 or older).
Latest magnum client(2.6.0 and master branch) support both --name and positional parameter. Older one just support --name parameter not positional one.

@yatin (yatinkarel) I use magnum 2.5.1 but it is stable/ocata, so when i added name parameter, the cluster create command worked.
