Heat public endpoint not reachable by 'controller' hostname

I have installed heat and magnum by official manuals:

After cluster creation it's in progress until timeout error happens.

Becouse master node VM try to connect heat public enpoint using 'controller' hostname that can not be resolved.

Warkaround: change heat endpoint url to use IP
Posible fix: copy /etc/hosts file from host machine
