Ensure and disable iptables rules created by docker for k8s cluster

Bug Description

Apparently the next release of Docker is going to break CNI deployments because of some iptables rules.

Moreover it looks like all the iptables rules created by Docker are useless when k8s networking is in place.

We have to ensure to disable iptables rules created by docker for k8s cluster
